THE EXCITEMENT AFTER RONALDO'S ARRIVAL MAY NOT HELP JUVENTUS - ALLEGRI

The Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri is cautious of the praise, hype and excitement that follow the superstar Cristiano Ronaldo as he moved from LaLiga Real Madrid to play in Italian Serie A Juventus.

Following the sudden resignation of the former Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane who won the last UEFA Champions League for Madrid, the club all time highest goal scorer Cristiano Ronaldo as well took the same exit door by joining the Italian Serie A winners Juventus on a reported £112m fee.

The Portugal captain - who won the Ballon d'Or award for the first time in Manchester United before he moved to Real Madrid to add four more Ballon d'Or individual awards, including four Champions League crowns of which three were on a row, has decided to move on with another league, club, and environment entirely - Juventus, having succeeded in his previous leagues.

But Juventus manager Allegri has viewed the hype and excitement amidst the club supporters from another perspective, believing that it may be even more difficult for them to defend their title as every opposition will want to see them lose.
