Colts vs. Titans - MNF
I've been back and forth on this game.
On one hand, you have two Quarterbacks who aren't at the top of their game. Jacoby Brissett on the road has been average at best. Mariota is coming into this game after being injured and questionable all week whether he'd play.
On the other hand, you have two defenses that haven't been the best examples of NFL caliber defense. They give up a lot of big plays through the air.
Here's what I think will happen in this game. Brissett has been looking better and better with each game that he plays. He's looking more comfortable in the pocket and delivering some great passes to the ever dangerous T.Y. Hilton. Then you have the emergence of Marlon Mack in Indy.
Indy's offense is turning a corner without Luck.
And the Titans will put up at least 24 on this Indy defense.
I think this game will go over the total here.
My only question now is whether to guess the winner in this one.
I'm glad I didn't choose the winner because I would have chosen the Colts to win with the spread. That last minute touchdown by Henry cost me a $100 parlay that was winning until that point. Oh well, it happens.
I think may be...
@brendanwenzel, Im not too familiar with American football eventhough i find men running at lighting speed and colliding into each other very exciting (would love football if i were in America, probably as much as i love WWE), my only challenge is, why is the sport is called "foot"ball when about 80% of the time men are just running with a handheld ball? I would appreciate a little education.
Nice write-up and good choice on taking the over.
