  1. Drink "a sweet, succulent root - yam bean, jicama" juice daily;
  2. Use repetition process, that is, writing or repeating memorized material to others;
  3. Read aloud;
  4. Use of mnemonics, for example, arrange the key words of studied subjects in verses and memorize them; 5. Form a compulsory habit of studying before dawn, when the environement is tranquil;
  5. Practise ásanas (for example, matsyamudrá, jinánasana and shashaungásana - to be taught by an ácárya/ácáryá);
  6. Eat bráhmii leaves and small amounts of tamarind occasionally; 8. Meditate on the Guru.
