Referee in football - Angel or tyrant

Governance is a microcontroller in definition
He is the hateful tyrant who practices his dictatorship without possible opposition
The arrogant executioner who exercises his absolute power
The whistle in his mouth inflates the winds of the destined fate and gives goals and cancels it
Yellow is punished and red is completely denied

Seek rulers who help but do not order
They look from the outside
I think they are less unwilling than the players they have no direct impact

The referee, who runs throughout the meeting with the players
Yet everyone hates him

There are kinds of rulers
There are rulers who snarl them and do not tolerate them in the camera scenes every minute
There are other referees you do not see on the pitch for good
