Derrick Alston: New coach of the Knicks subsidiary
The Westchester Knicks, the team affiliated with the New York Knicks in the NBA development league, has announced as a new coach an old acquaintance for the Spanish fans: Derrick Alston.
After his retirement, in 2012, Alston became part of the Houston Rockets coaching staff and three years later he would arrive at the Westchester Knicks as an assistant, a position that has now been promoted to the first coach replacing Mike Miller.
