Frank Lampard is willing to take that bold step in the January transfer window. After the Chelsea transfer ban was reduced, the coach hopes to find a perfect replacement for Eden Hazard, who left Stamford Bridge to Real Madrid for 89 million Euros.

Despite Chelsea's impressive performance since Lampard came in as manager, Lampard insists that his club is not doing well enough in terms of goal scoring after Hazard left.

While in Chelsea, Hazard scored 110 goals, with 92 assists in 352 games for the Blues. The club has failed to make huge signings, but Lampard has brought out the best of many youngsters in the club's academy. He has given them a chance in the senior team, and so far, they have performed excellently well.

After the 2-1 win over Lille, Lampard revealed that a replacement for Hazard is necessary. He admitted that the club lost many chances that could have been useful if there was a stronger man at the pitch.

Reports say Chelsea may sign Jadon Sancho in the January signing. He is said to be worth 100 million Euros. The player left Manchester City to join Dortmund in 2017. Chelsea would have to battle bigger teams to convince Sancho to join them.
