Chinese Feet Shuttlecock Game - Jianzi

Jianzi is a traditional Chinese national sport.

Players need to ensure the weighted shuttlecock does not hit the ground by using their bodies and feet without the use of their hands.

Each team can must pass the shuttlecock to their opponents within 4 kicks over their side.

Each player can kick the most 2 times before passing to the opposing team.

There is a total of 21 points for each game and the winning team will need to win 2 matches out of 3 matches.

The players would wear shoes with the top being flatter to allow them to catch the shuttlecock more easily and accurately.
