The development of an increasingly modern era by demanding speed, making humans feel so practical and afraid to move a lot.
Though moving naturally is also part of the sport, you know. For example, climbing stairs in buildings such as schools, shopping centers, and office buildings.
In this modern era, it's better to ride in an elevator. But of course, makes the body more minimal movement. Going up and downstairs even though it can be used for effective movements that benefit the body such as muscle training in other sports you know.
Up and downstairs can burn more calories you know compared to jogging, and also burns energy 8-9 times.
In addition, up and down stairs claimed to be able to be an exercise to strengthen muscles you know. That is because all muscles move from the muscles of the thighs, abdomen, arms, and back. This movement has a positive effect on strengthening muscles and increasing body metabolism.
