Way back 2013, that's me with my heavy swing spin.

Table Tennis made me an athlete!

I have learned a lot of sports, different kinds, indoor or outdoor or even athletics. During my childhood days, I know I am into basketball thing but I am struggling to excel to that particular sport. I have a good shooting skill, seriously. But, enough talent will never be enough just to excel on to something. And what's even worst is, I am so prone to injuries in any physical type of sport. I guess, that's how should basketball be played and any other contact sport.

I even did volleyball, badminton, lawn tennis and swimming. Also, I was inspired to be a boxer. You know, the Pacquiao thing in my childhood times. I have learned them all, but never excelled on any of those. My struggle continues even after I have learned to play table tennis. But as time goes by, a lot of shadow sessions taken, I was able to unlock my full potential in this indoor type of sport.

During my stop at Naga City, I paid a visit on their function halls that are so open to its constituent. Everyday, athletes of Naga City practice in their respective function hall and sport field depending on the type of sport. They have soccer field, basletball court and halls for indoor sports.

I was surprised and so happy to see a table tennis table in their indoor halls. I quickly approach the young players and asked if I could have a short game with them. And so they gave me a shot.

These kids were so good and I had a great play time with them, sweating all over, exhausted and so much intense feeling that I was able to play the sport I'm longing to play. At their young age, flooged by regular and extra practices, surely, they'll be on their highest career soon.

Unlike when I was still a young practicing kiddo, I skipped practices and played other outdoor sports and traditional games. Until I end up myself getting injured. But that just another thing to remember and sums up the whole career I had to with table tennis. I competed at National Little Milo Olympics 5 times and got my school into top spot during City Games. Thus, putting ourselves at Regional games during my highschool. And one of my biggest achievement is that, I had a memorable game with the top 2 player of the country. (Awee so much to remember and reminisce)

My sport life could never be so good and exciting. I always wanted to play again the sport I have loved and put so much effort and dedication into it. Time will tell.

All photos are mine! Thank you for your time.
