Kings Beat Knights, Again, With 4th String Goalie

Sportsmania is on fire. In our last article we gave Iafollo a shout out, he got a goal, his points streak covers seven games now. In our last article we called out Tyler Toffoli, told him to step it up, he got the game winning goal. Two articles ago we called out Jeff Carter and he got a goal! The Kings as a team have won 3 straight and have points in their last 4 games. The Knights swept us in the first round of the playoffs last season so it is so nice to own them so far this season.

Wack a Mole.
Remember that game in the arcade? These heads would pop up and you had to hit them before they went back down. The Kings were wack a mole tonight. They have so many options that are dangerous, if the opponents concentrate on Brown and Kopitar, Carter and Toffoli will sting you. If they concentrate on Carter and Toffoli our 3rd and 4th lines are getting better with each game.

On Thursday we play the Coyotes at 1930 PST and on Saturday we play the Knights AGAIN at 1300 PST.

Playoff Picture
Our recent success doesn't even begin to make up for all the suck we had earlier in the year. The Kings record is 14-20-3. We are 8 points out of the last playoff spot and dead last in the western conference. Only the Devils are worse than us in the whole league. There is a lot of work left to be done.

Kovalchuck is back. He played 12 minutes and assisted on Toffoli's goal. He got the game winning goal against the Sharks 2 games ago. This is a grand start to getting our injured players back. We're dying to see Hagelin and Kempe play together.
