2016 Rio Olylimpics:Rowing

Is it just me but I think that all the rowing teams are being told that it is a  good idea if they keep their mouth closed is just wrong. Plus why didn't the people who are controlling the Rio games and stuff didn't try to clean the waters before 3 till the games REALLY! It just doesn't make sense i think the last thing Rowers should be worrying about getting sick. They should be focused on winning and not focused on getting sick. I just fine it stupid that they didn't even try to clean the waters.
