Australian team announced for Test series against Pakistan
Brisbane: The Australian team has been announced for a two-Test series against Pakistan.
Wicketkeeper batsman Tim Pan will lead the Australian squad for the Test series against Pakistan. Among the announced players, David Warner and Steve Smith, convicted of ball-tampering, will also appear in action against Pakistan. In addition, Joe Burns, Marvinus Laboshin, Travis Head, Matthew Wade have also been included in the squad. Cameron Bancroft, Pat Cummins, Nathan Lyon, Josh Hazel Wood have also been part of the team. Along with him, Mitchell Starc, James Pattinson and Michael Nasser are also in the 14-man squad.
The Pakistani team will finalize its preparations by playing their second warm-up match. The first warm-up match ended on an equalizer, but Baba Pradhan, Asad Shafiq, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah showed confidence by showing outstanding performances.
The first test between Pakistan and Australia will begin in Brisbane on November 21.
