Yesterday legs trained with a good friend,
And today again gymnastics
Here also a little information for you ...
When you train legs also the biceps get more power ;)
That is because the exercise of the legs produce more testosterone then the other exercises.
Therefore never neglect the legs ;)
traon more get better ;)
