i didn't watch it.
happiness is overrated and people who live their life expecting to be happy are in for a rough ride.
in fact i would say the concept of happiness is at the root of many of our problems today, most acutely in first world countries.
stop expecting to be happy and go out there and live your life.

I agree with you in a part, where you have to go and make youreself happy. And that's what this vlog is about! about a 30 y.o. guy, who have three kids, loved wife, good job, couple of hobbies, he loves to travel and travel with whole family etc. He is happy, wants to continue to be happy and he is looking for ways to do this
