Philippine sea games increasingly show poor quality. This time, the Organizers of the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines (PHISGOC), issued a regulation prohibiting photographers from covering the opening ceremony. The ban was issued by PHISGOC with the approval of President Rodrigo Duterte.
