I bought what I intended to during Phase 1. I knew I was not gong to be able to spend a large amount despite the Card looking like it would be very useful under some Rulesets. Phase 2 and 3 happen in the form of a raffle. Each day there will be one Gold Foil Arcane Card distributed across Raffle Ticked entries.
