The first step to Inner Peace is only a Breath of Fresh Air Away
Steps to take in an effort towards achieving inner peace.
Developing inner peace, in my experience takes work. For one, I realized all the mistakes or acts of wrong I have committed throughout my life need to be cleared up.
The obvious;
The overflow of my disregard for moral decency has created a darkness in my life, and now I see nothing but heartache and sorrow in my path.
Why? Well, because of my disregard for taking personal responsibility... It became obvious with personal reflection that the darkness had consumed my life.
Acting on it...
Waking up to finally face what had tormented my soul and had caused a growth of success blockers in my life, 'prosperity cancer.'
Next step...
Admittance of reality - All the skeletons in my closet haunted me -
To understand what I am talking about, try to imagine a wound that never healed. This painful wound grows and remained as a tender part of your life. Continuously revealing itself time and time again as a reminder of its presence with every episode of drama.
Understanding...
Life has so many possibilities, but none will be realized in its entirety until the past wounds are healed.
The way is to heal the trauma, and then to finally put an end to the drama.
Most importantly, learn how to stand for the sake of your own well-being. Do not allow abuse from others or consent to harmful abuses. Stop the cycles of exploitation and stand strong in a deliberate firmness; project moral principles. Declare your value, express your rightful place in this world, be flexible and motivated, be lighthearted and true; most of all, be authentic about everything you do.
Disclaimer for self;
There is no need to be a saint, however there is an important element to achieving inner peace. No secret here, just simple logic... Have a good-heart and real attitude, humble in nature, fearless in motion and inspiring in motive. We all make mistakes, the key to correcting your mistakes is to become aware and conscious of the effects, so be kind to yourself, and move forward by doing the right thing.
Hold this passage in your heart moving forward… ‘Inner peace is only a breath of fresh air away’
