Hey everyone. We are in a highly energetic time where there is a lot of stuff going on and a lot of new information out there to process.

This can be overwhelming in addition to all that we have to deal with in our modern lives already.
That is why it is important now more than ever to allow the mind time to rest to prevent mental overload.

Symptoms of mental overload include:

Fatigue
Mental cloudiness
Inability to focus
Anger/frustration
Anxiety
All tasks seem daunting

If you are experiencing 2 or more of these you should take time to yourself to empty your mind, even if this is only for 5 minutes.

It also helps to move your mental focus to what you are feeling, instead of what you are thinking.

This helps bring mental peace and clarity. Focus on feeling through your heart center.

Take deep breaths and just allow yourself to feel your emotions, even the bad ones.
