Why Meditation Can Help You
Our thought life is just as important as the words we speak. Just as we tune up our cars and musical instruments, our bodies also need to be tuned up, re-calibrated and re-aligned. When our bodies begin to reveal short-circuited neurological patterns as a result of unresolved subconscious emotional issues, which could quite possibly affect all systems of the body, health and wholeness is required and can be accessed immediately through meditation. In a meditative state, the thought patterns that cause tight muscles, dysfunctional organs and or glands, emotional stress or depression and even undesirable conditions and situations that are considered nuisances, can be easily shifted and transmuted. Recently, I received a procedure called B.E.S.T (BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique).
What is B.E.S.T.?
Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), developed by Dr. M.T. Morter, Jr., is a non-forceful, energy balancing, hands-on and/or remotely given procedure used to help reestablish the full healing potential of the body. B.E.S.T. is widely used by healthcare practitioners all over the world who practice mind/body healing and recognize that the body is more than the sum of its parts. It is a system of health care that is state of the art in balancing body, mind, memory, and spirit energy fields, and enhancing the flow of that energy throughout the entire system. It is a whole-body healing technique.
This was absolutely the best clearing and healing session I had ever received. My practitioner who was located in Detroit performed what’s called remote healing on me while I was at home in New Jersey using a proxy, a person to stand in for me, to recalibrate my vibration and clear my negative thought patterns. The procedure was quite interesting. That night after my afternoon appointment, I had felt like my mind was completely wiped clean. I could literally hear my subconscious mind and it felt like I could reach out and grab my thoughts. My mind was so clear and my body was buzzing like crazy. My meditations were much more colorfully vivid and I felt like I could do anything. A procedure like this isn’t cheap, it’s affordable and totally worth it though. If you’re interested in having this procedure done for yourself, I highly recommend that you contact the lady that helped me. Here’s her information. Please let her know that I recommended you.

What is Meditation?
Meditation is a procedure of quieting the mind and relaxing the body to cause a change or sort of transformation of the consciousness. It offers many health benefits and allows one to clear the mind so that they can focus better.
Just as music has twelve octaves, so does the body. During meditation, one can attune the body to the proper notes per say, so that there are more harmonious thoughts and enjoyable daily life experiences. When you meditate, it’s like clearing the slate. Our subconscious minds can be likened to a videotape. The recording begins at the time of conception and continues to record all that the person experiences, even from the womb between the ages of 0 - 7 years old. Once we reach this age the previously recorded movie kinda replays over and over again, even as we grow in age. The scenes and segments change, the characters change, however, the underlying theme that was set even before birth continues to play over and over again in our lives. It looks different, because as we grow our perceptions change, but if the tape was never revised or updated, the same song will keep playing over and over again. Usually change only arises when something traumatic occurs, at which then the person might even decide to make changes for the better. However, sometimes, the programming can be so deeply embedded and the experienced conditions so atrocious that not even making physical changes will help. No matter how hard the person tries, because of the way they were previously wired, they experience little or no change due to the negative programming they were implanted with. That’s where meditation comes in.
The Benefits of Meditation
If you can think of your mind as a magnet, during conception, you will totally get where I’m coming from. If the programming was a harmonious one, then the magnet can remain intact and electrified, just as it was created to be. However, if the programming wasn’t decent and was negative, the magnet would be considered inharmonious and there would be a need to re-magnetize the mind and that’s what meditation can offer. In the silence of meditation, any mind can be re-electrified, re-magnetized, re-programmed and brought back to its original harmonious state. Through meditation, the subconscious mind can be cleared of the negative patterns it once played out, but it doesn’t end there. The person must then purpose himself or herself to practice right thinking and right actions as to not fall back into the old ways from the old programming that they once knew. If so, they could risk returning to the former undesirable state or even worse. Meditation clears the slate and daily practice is needed to keep the slate clean and intact.
That’s the main reason why I chose to practice and teach EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). In my opinion, as side from meditation, if practiced daily, EFT can change one’s thinking to emit a change in their behavior and environment, if that is the intention. I think a good EFT Practitioner should know and understand Universal Law and the LOA (Law of Attraction). Then, the patient can be guided on how to think and live with sound spiritual wisdom, since everything begins in the spiritual realm. Coupling meditation with EFT can easily re-harmonize an open and willing mind to achieve health, success, and prosperity. It’s not as fast as the B.E.S.T procedure I had, however with patience and continued practice it can be done. By infusing it with the LOA & Universal Laws, one can attract the necessary experiences, changes, and resources necessary to achieve the desired lifestyle with more ease and faster than just changing your actions.
It’s an emotional state of change that is necessary, a change in the vibration of the person’s thoughts. If the person is used to emitting low vibrating thoughts, they can change the way they eat, exercise more, get plenty of rest and even read sacred texts and still not achieve the desired shifts and results they seek. However, by proposing to think better and feel higher emotions on a consistent basis one can achieve just about anything they desire from more money, more love, fame, new talents and even healings of any and all kinds.
How to Meditate
In order to properly meditate, one must learn how to quiet and still the mind and body to enter the Silence. This is usually achieved by sitting or lying down in a quiet space while focusing on one’s breathing. That’s not the only way one can meditate, however. Anything that causes a person to focus inwardly or on a specific task at hand while drowning out the sounds of the noise around them, can be considered a meditation if it relaxes the person. To properly enter the Silence with the intention to emit change in the environment and conditions and to transform the consciousness for improvement in anyway one must establish perfect relaxation.
What is the Silence?
The Silence is the medium by which the Life of God and the soul of man are brought into At-one-meant. Most Christians will call this going into the gap. The gap is where a man comes close to the Infinite Holy Spirit, the realm between the physical world and heaven in order to bring Heaven to Earth, perfection into the imperfect dimension. In this space, man’s spirit joins the Spirit of God and enters the Kingdom spoken of in the Bible, the Kingdom where all of man’s riches resides. In the space, a person can practice visualization.
What is Visualization?
Visualization is the formation of a picture, object, situation or set of information in an image produced in the mind through the imagination. Mental imagery is one of the easiest ways to emit change in any consciousness. The imagination is where everything in the entire world was created. Everything you see around you was once a figment of someone’s imagination made manifest. Hence the phrase, if you can see it in your mind, if you can even think about it you truly can have it, if you believe. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he. We are sort of like radio transmitters, sending and receiving stations. What we receive depends much upon how we think or what we send out, what we emit through our thoughts. Our thoughts carry specific vibrations. The vibration we give off sends out signals to everything in the world that matches it, bringing it into our experience. Entering into the Silence and visualizing our desire can bring it into our lives. If one can raise the vibration of their thoughts, they will shift their vibrational pattern and bring their desire from the world of imagination, the spiritual realm, into the physical world, the earth realm. The Silence, when properly used can re-harmonize a mind to bring into one’s life any and all things they desire, with little physical effort, by opening up inwardly, instead of outwardly. As the person goes inwardly with the intention to impress the mind for anything, they can repattern their thoughts by connecting to and tapping into the subconscious mind and become receptive to that which they desire almost instantly. All that would be left for the person to do is to walk the walk necessary, following the trail to that which they called forth. This is when alignment is achieved. The person will awaken to signs and synchronicities leading them straight to their desire and in due season, in due time, in God’s timing, they will have what they wanted.
