Yes, that's very rude and not good etiquette. It's one thing to vote for your post but another to vote for your comments. And. To vote yourself to make your name be first on a comment page....tsk tsk. And not upvote the poster?? That's not how to influence people and make friends. It's a way for you to be ignored and possibly flagged.
