Money Spending as a basic part of our lives

Right from the very moment a human being know what money is, we come to understand what is its purpose and how powerful it is. As we grow older we may notice that money is everywhere and is needed in almost anywhere. From foods, transportation, tuition fees, clothing and utilities.

But how does spending money changes as we grow older?

CHILDHOOD STAGE

As kids, we have a very little responsibility towards money, we buy things that we like, maybe because of their colors, their forms, the character they portray, their taste and the like. We tend to disregard the fact about their quality or the price. However, the prices often associated with these kind of spending is only of minimal value. In this childhood stage, we spend less but we still don't earn at all.

PUBERTY STAGE

Teenagers would have a quiet different perspective than that of those in the previous stage. Teenagers better understand the concept of quality and reasonableness of price. However this the stage of human being where peer pressure is at its peek. They would often buy trivial things because of the pressure of not being left behind.

Then comes socialization, teenagers especially the girls would surely opt to buy fancy clothes tat would cost much. Even if they have the knowledge about what would be the right thing to do, they'd still insist on what they like and not what they need.

Teenagers whose parents doesn't really support their type spending often seek for part time jobs and the like. In this way they'd be able to finance both their wants and their needs. In this stage of life, we spend a little bit higher but we are starting to earn.

ADULTHOOD

This might be the point were we realize, what do we really need and how do we finance it. This is also the part when we earn higher amount of money. In this stage, people would opt to choose anything better, from a bigger house to a new car, thus spending is really at its peak.

Nevertheless, no matter what stage are we in life, we must understand that as our earnings rise so is our spending. This two grows in a direct proportion, we earn less so we spend less, we earn more but we spend more.
