Comment as much as you can, and make posts that you like too. That will get more people following your page, which will raise your numbers faster.
Longer comments will use up more of your Resource Credits (RC) which will reduce your ability to comment, on the short term. But since comments are how you climb out of this limitation; comment and post as much as you can manage, it will help!
