REFLEXIÓN PARA EL ALMA
“Hablemos del control, ¿cuántas veces has discutido hasta quedar si fuerzas por querer tener la razón? ¿Cuántas veces has estado triste porque las personas no hacen las cosas como tú crees que deberían hacerse?, nos pasamos la vida tratando de controlar todo y a todos, ya que de alguna forma, esto nos genera seguridad, y si yo te dijese que esto es un circulo que sólo te traerá más necesidad de control, más ansiedad y más inseguridad, y ¿cómo hacer para salir de él? Pues fácil, suelta…suelta la necesidad de tener siempre la razón…si lo que buscas es ser feliz y sentirte bien, a veces sólo queda decidir. Y yo DECIDO POR MI FELICIDAD, ¿Y TÙ?”. Z.M.C.S
