Lentejas Verdinas a lo Criollo
Un feliz y bendecido día para todo les desea @luis149.hoy les traigo una receta súper fácil y con pocos ingrediente lentejas verdinas a la criolla
Ingrediente:
• Lentejas verdinas
• Verduras
• 1 cebolla
• 1 Pimentón
• 1 ramita d apio España
• 1 ramita de cilantro
• 4 diente de ajo
• Sal y pimienta al gusto
Colocar en una olla a presión las lentejas verdinas, dejar cocinar entre 30 o 40 minutos
Una vez que estén blandas las lentejas colocar la verdura, la cebolla y el pimentón el apio y cilantro ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto
Y así queda nuestra sopa de lentejas verdinas nutritivas y con poco ingrediente, espero que les guste buen provecho.
