Kuntur Samay / Respiración Cóndor
La respiración es vida: el aire que inhalas es el único alimento por el cual no debes de pagar absolutamente nada.
¡Levántate y extiende tus alas de vida!
1) De pié, con la columna recta, los ojos cerrados, la mente y la conciencia sincronizada con las grandes montañas llenas de prana vital, empezar a respirar.
2) Inhalas lentamente por la nariz, vas levantando al mismo tiempo tus brazos imaginando que son las alas del rey cóndor de los andes.
3) Cuando tus pulmones estén llenos a su máxima capacidad, retienes unos segundos el aliento y te concentras en la vida, en la energía que te llena de luz.
4) Botas completamente el aire hasta vaciar tus pulmones, al mismo tiempo bajas tus brazos (alas) imaginando que expulsas tus males, pensamientos negativos, malas vibras, etc.
Este ejercicio, unido a la imaginación creadora reconforta biológicamente al cuerpo físico, oxigena al cerebro y llena de luz a tu aura. Lo puedes hacer por 5 a 10 minutos diarios para que veas los resultados. Recomendado hacerlo en una habitación cómoda después de un buen baño o en contacto con la naturaleza.
La respiración es fuente de vida, con una inhalación nacemos en este mundo, con una exhalación partimos de este mundo.
Aprende a respirar y aprende a vivir.
Este ejercicio está íntimamente relacionado con las prácticas y tradiciones que se realizaban entre las murallas de piedra de los antiguos templos andinos
