Jesus is the light of men.
Jesus Christ became man to dwell not only as God, but as man among humanity.
Jesus was divine and man, he knows very well the weaknesses of the human being, he humbled himself and gave himself to die in place of sinful humanity. Jesus Christ died and rose again so that we may have life.
When we believe in his resurrection we are accepting that sacrifice for us. From the beginning Jesus has been the light of men, the life for fallen and lost humanity.
