God gives comfort to those who trust in him.
As human beings we are in a constant search for something or someone where we can find support, comfort and refuge, especially in times of distress.
God knows us completely, He created us, He has given us life and when He saw that we were lost because of our humanity He has given EVERYTHING necessary for us to get closer to Him, He has given the life of His Son as a ransom for us.
He knows when we are needing help and comfort, He also takes care of that, His Holy Spirit is our comfort and helper in the worst moments, it is up to us only to trust that it is so.
The LORD is good; He is a refuge in the day of trouble and He knows those who trust in Him.
