EL TUMBARRANCHO ZULIANO ES UNA COMIDA TIPICA DEL ESTADO ZULIA EN VENEZUELA. ES UNA AREPA FRITA PERO ANTES PASADA POR UNA MEZCLA DE HARINA PRECOCIDA Y MOSTAZA PARA LUEGO SER FREIDA. DENTRO DE LA AREPA SE INTRODUCE UNA REBANA DE MORTADELA. POSTERIORMENTE CUANDO YA ESTE TOSTADA SE SACA DEL ACEITE Y SE RELLENA CON QUESO, TOMATE, REPOLLO Y SALSA DE TOMATE Y MAYONEZA AL GUSTO. Y BUEN PROVECHO.
