La canción fue compuesta e interpretada por la cantante escocesa Annie Lennox e incluida en su álbum "Diva" en el año 1993.
Tanto la película como la canción -que da entrada a los créditos de la obra de Coppola- son objeto de culto,. En un episodio de la Treehouse of Horror IV de la quinta temporada en The Simpsons, la familia va a visitar al Señor Burns en su mansión en Pensylvania -alusión a Transilvania-y, al llegar, este los recibe vestido y maquillado como Gary Oldman en la película.
