Receta Exquisita Torta de jojoto (maíz)
Torta de jojoto
INGREDIENTES:
- 12 jojotos tiernos desgranados y molido finamente
- 6 huevos
- 2 tazas de leche
- 150grs de mantequilla derretida
- 1 o 2 tazas de azúcar
- 1 taza queso blanco rallado fresco.
- Un puntito de sal.
PREPARACIÓN
En un bol mezcle todos los ingredientes y bata muy bien por unos 10 minutos, engrase un molde y enharínelo, vierte la mezcla y hornee a 350° por espacio de 30 minutos. Deje enfriar y desmolde.
Muy fácil en preparar esta rica torta le comparto para los pequeños de la casa o para una rica merienda espero que les haya gustado sígueme @dygandica.
