Confinamiento // confinement

Otro día más encerrados en casa medio mundo a causa del covid19. La sensación es como si todos los días fuesen domingos. Por la mañana jugando con mi hija y haciendo tareas de casa y por la tarde viendo películas donde el marido tiene una doble vida y al final es un asesino. ya llevamos más de un mes así. Pero lo que está claro es que hoy queda un día menos para que esto termine.

Another day locked up in the house halfway around the world because of the covid19. The feeling is like every day is Sunday. In the morning playing with my daughter and doing housework and in the afternoon watching movies where the husband has a double life and in the end is a murderer. We have been like this for more than a month now. But what is clear is that today there is one day less for this to end.

No sabemos si volveremos a hacer una vida normal o las medidas que estamos haciendo cuando salimos en la cuarentena haya que seguir haciéndolos.

We do not know if we will return to a normal life or if the measures we are taking when we leave the quarantine will have to be continued.

Esperemos que los que tienen el poder hagan las cosas pensando en el bien de la sociedad y no en ellos mismos como siempre hacen. Nos espera una época oscura donde tendremos que poner todos el hombro.

Let us hope that those in power do things with the good of society in mind and not themselves as they always do. A dark time awaits us where we will all have to put our shoulders to the wheel.
