RICA PECHUGA SALTEADA

Ingredientes:

  • 1 pechuga de pollo
  • 1/4 de cebolla cortada en aros
  • 1/4 de pimentón cortado en juliana
  • salsa inglesa
  • aceite
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación:

cortamos tipo mariposa nuestra pechuga de pollo,la salpimentamos y luego Ponemos a calentar un sartén previamente aceitado luego ponemos a sellar la pechuga, una vez sellada salteamos nuestra pechuga le agregamos cebolla,pimentón y salsa inglesa en lo que nuestra pechuga tenga un rico y maravilloso color dorado, apagamos el fuego y nuestra pechuga esta lista para ser emplatada.

Nota:Pueden servirla con cualquier contorno acá yo la acompañé con un delicioso arroz frito el cual podrán ver en mi blog fuente y plátanos fritos tipo chip.
