Day/night Ecosystem Simulator Concept - Part 1

Day/night simulator Concept (for micro organism, plants, animals and humanoids).

Now, if you make the entire base floor turn inside (certain rate/speed compared to motion of the body in relation to the or a real outside sun) you could have a great day/night simulator. maybe we can simulate (close to) earth day and night cycles on other heavenly bodies inside these domes bases. if they're well sealed, and about half darkened, you dont have to terraform an entire planet for achieving photo synthesis. this simulated earth day/night cycle might allow for earth based plants to grow much better than they would natively on any other body, simulating what they have "grown" used to. We could even 3D print a functional rotating floor base and covering dome structure, paint half of the translucent (glass?) dome structure black while attaching a fixed sun on a pole in turn attached to the 3D printed base. might make a model out of this, and how it would look on the inside when we observe the suns projected light on the upper dome as a circular disc of high-light, "moving" through the sky as seen from within the simulator/base, standing ON the rotating floor while observing the fixed light.

By changing the rotational speed of the floor, and or light intensity/frequency, or even the amount of time spent/experienced in "darkness" by increasing or decreasing the blacked out dome surface area, we could simulate plant growth as could be expected to be found on the surface of different heavenly bodies. we can find out if plants would grow better or worse under other / different circumstances, before actually leaving our beloved earth. if we manage to improve growing conditions here o earth, using this highly contained / controllable experimental "growing" chamber, we can create more of them to improve productivity. Maybe we can even simulate Tiny animals or organismes and their motions as if out in free open nature, looking down continually observing the “experiment” in its entirety.

Maybe we also need to have a few cooling elements in the base, all around the bottom of the glass wall for allowing moisture to form on the glass base walls, eventually gaining enough mass or volume to overcome the attraction experienced to it and release itself down towards the base floor, spreading liquid out over a greater area, randomly and automatically or even in a controlled manner. (by manipulating power to the wires, the cooling devices, or the ventilators) create a condensation / evaporation cycle inside the base/lab, for simulating "weather" i guess a big centered ring magnet under or inside the base its rotating floor, is actually needed for the rotation of the floor electro magnetically itself, besides, it couldn't hurt either, i dont know why, i just get that feeling somehow, call it a "hunch".

And if we then manage to "tilt" the entire rotating water basin and the base floor towards and away from the light source (say about 5 degrees), while applying various growing frequencies through use of a single light/lamp, illuminating and feeding the entire light side of the translucent dome, we would keep the water moving between left to right keeping it fresh, creating eb and flood zones across the base floor and at the same time simulate the 4 seasons as well, think about it. maybe poke a few holes in the dark paint just for fun, have a few cloud generators hid among the clouds up there.

maybe have a little oxygen inserted down below the water basin, have it move up and through tiny micro holes, reoxygyzing the water at greater depths mixing and mingling the waters with plankton type organisms throughout the entire system, E.g. a system-wide irrigation and nutritional system if you will. Maybe add a little electrical heat, like through the wires inside the back window of a car, to evenly spread the heat over all plants/workers inside the base/lab. maybe a single ventilator inside, blowing fresh, newly mixed or even filtered air along the base wall could be enough to create resistance enough for all plants / beings inside the base, depending on its size. larger domed bases could use multiple fans blowing along the outer walls of course as resistance is needed for gaining strength/height humanoid and plant alike.

maybe we need to have a ventilator under water as well, along the base walls, so that we keep the water fresh and moving all around as well. ahh scale's ... they are a falling.... now wat would be the strongest shape for protection? how to construct a geodesic dome using 3D printable parts (in space?), can we create and magnetize a circular iron bar on location in far space? is there enough material for creating glass from sand with heat? can we make wires there or the needed materials for a simple dome base on site? Could we ever create a dome base on location bringing only knowledge? i think not anytime soon, but perhaps in our far, far future...

if we do not find and encounter a solid yet translucent wall ourselves of course, because what if of a domed separation between air and space was absolutely needed to create a functional and habitable piece of land or circular zone underneath it on a different heavenly body otherwise known to be dead and barren? After all, we could Technically already be in a large scale day/night simulator on a much larger heavenly body, could we not? maintaining a breathable growable atmosphere under a separational dome is after all much easier to maintain than terraforming an entire planet to begin with. we could also virtualize / simulate the base building proces itself, finding and gathering materials on a barren planet, when finished building or printing a base then on to practicing (micro) managing entire eco-systems inside a lab/base as a game for instance, a perfect educational tool for any of Gods children. with great imagination, comes great responsibility, Dream bigger.

i'd like to name this concept day/night simulating motion "the L'Arendsian turn", maybe inscribe my message on the outside edge of the base floor perhaps, thank you for your time reading.

Day/Night Ecosystem Simulator Concept. (addition)

Have to work on the model and concept a little more but it can be done for sure. yearly rotation for the entire foundations including the water basin, daily rotation for half a darkened polarized hemisphere, rotating 15 degrees per hour. standing on the large rotating floor you wil not notice any motion if the circle radius is large enough (the closer to the outer edge you get, the faster the "sky" appears to move while, standing on the rotating circle, keep animals away from the edge and they will never notice), but it will optically appear the sun does exactly the same as we observe on earths surface now. this is how we can fool plants into growing at their best, as to what they are used to here on earth, or simulate growing conditions on other heavenly bodies to see if earth plants when taken there would or could survive, under the base its dome of course. Depending on the size, we can simulate multiple bacteria or ant colonies on different parts of land or in the water around the "land". it all depends on how large a circle you escribe your new "earth" to be. lab researchers would get a perfect 24h view on their experiment as seen from above, allowing them to monitor their colonies and even act to influence them during the experiment. if we can build them larger and perfect the system we could scale these bases up for larger animals, see how they multiply undisturbed by humans etc. some animals can not procreate in captivity, this would sort of set them free in a large preservation base/lab. we could create condensation evaporation cycles, simulate day/night and the seasons all with a single convenient device. heat the glass, cool the foundations, create condensation falling down as rain over the entire project. tilting the device 5 degrees simulates the seasons, creates eb and flood, keeps the water moving and fresh. Maybe we can make the water basin have translucent glass walls, so we can even look in to the aqua marine life development, look into the "aquarium" and "terrarium" to study marine life without disturbing them, all from the outside of the experiment. we can even easily record video of these events happening inside the simulator. Rotating the base floor basin counterclockwise will not affect any time, will not reverse time, will not change anything at all but direction. Elevate or lower the lights altitude to simulate seasons, together with a 5 degree tilt of the entire base floor, towards or away from the "sun", creating longer and shorter daylight periods for different locations ON the base floor, depending o the total radius of your working area. apply several known growing frequencies onto the outer domes glass wall. experiment with different settings, different types of light, moisture and heat settings. Polarized (electrically wired, reinforced) glass (panes to be created on location using heat, sand and other locally available silica-like matter) can dim the total amount (percentage) of source light able to penetrate the glass, thereby creating a location on the base floor called "night" where less light is allowed to shine through, giving plants or animals alike a clearly defined resting period. we can even have this percentage be variable over time, simulating different types of skylight. similar to how we can dim electric windows these days. Finally if we created a special type of structure or lattice (spread out diamonds or crystals) woven into the glass structure or glass panes forming the dome, we can optimize the spread of light onto the base floor, (reflections of shimmering light appearing as "stars" during the "night" part of the simulation) have a cascade of light inside the simulator, lighting up the entire sky "as if" "overcast", somehow. or, we print a very small working table model, place a circular map of the world on the base floor, and use it as a nice table world-clock, allowing one to read off the time off of the base ring and the solar highlight marking the noon location for any location, functional on basically any location in the world to read the world time.

what if we discovered we lived inside the "eye" of the lord, then would you change your ways?
