Discover the source of mysterious satellite radio signals
The Galaxy Abell 2626
Scientists from different countries periodically announce their monitoring of incoming radio signals from distant space.
A team of Italian and American scientists was able to identify the source of the signals from the galaxy Abell 2626, where it was found to be the source of turbulent currents between galaxies.
The Abell 2626 galaxy is 700 million light-years away from the Earth, a cluster-shaped galaxy
This galaxy is distinguished by the existence of a number of similar arc structures, whose origins have been ambiguous for a long time, although some scientists have assumed that they are the source of radio signals. Others thought that they were formed under the influence of the gravitational forces between the two nuclei IC5338, but then appeared only arc north and south. After the discovery of the eastern and western arcades, this assumption became doubtful.
The researchers used new information obtained by the X-ray Chandar, hoping to find the nucleus of the active galaxies associated with binary space signals, and the emission of hot and cool materials from nearby galaxies, may be caused by the issuance of abnormal space signals. But they discovered that these arches may be the brightest part of an insignificant radiohalo, created by the turbulent gas currents associated with the acceleration of relative electrons.
Astronomers, however, believe that the emission of anomalous radio signals is rare when caused by a gas collision with a plasma from an active galactic nucleus moving at an anomalous velocity close to the speed of light.
