So disheartening, this policy was once used in my school EKITI STATE UNIVERSITY, but it never worked, students frowned at it with a protest and the idiocicracy stopped. It is known to everyone that no body can run away with the institution money, except if such student wont get his/her certificate, so what exactly is the reason for that wicked act? I will in my own capacity support the #backtoschool idea. And i also suggest the student union of various schools start rejecting wicked acts like this!
