This is a very good goal. I never cease to admire you. I think that if there were more such people on earth, humanity would be much better.
If the payments will continue to be in SBD, then the amount of 3537 STEEM is not too large. I think you will be able to raise the necessary funds quickly enough, especially if the community helps you.

Creating impacts with little means can contribute to few significant changes in the world and ofcourse tackle and improve human challanges.
With the availability of SBD in a couple of months this project would be a done deal.
Good things can be achieved with STEEM while promoting it.
