Please a little help to this beginner

I was looking for some headsup on using Esteem. But there is not much info to be found on the net. It's like Google is hiding it.
Ive been on PLAGUE/Plag**/Plag and now Sola so i know that soc med app like the palm of my hand.
There are quite a few links to steemit posted on Sola. Can anybody tell me if it is okay if I post links to my own Sola cards here on Esteem?
