RE: Can I Blog About My Experiences as a Child Welfare Worker?
Why not? I am a nurse and we can do case studies of patients, we just label them as Mr. X, Miss Y etc.

I have a concern that my stories are so specific, that i can be sued, or have my licenses taken away. Its not so general as a disease, they are a little more specific in what all went down during the case, and the testimony that was given to me by the clients.
can you generalise it or make a summary? if the readers will know who it is, then thats probably a problem?
I am going to just bite the bullet and post it. Thank you for the feedback for sure!
Haha sure!
Ask a lawyer. I know a couple nurses and they can't talk about their patients. It's better to be safe than sorry. Also consider that you could be fired from your job if your employer finds out.
Does anyone have any advice on the type of lawyer? Maybe just a general family court one?
I wish I knew. You should ask everyone you know. Check the yellow pages and make some calls.
