El activismo social inicia con líderes que adquieren un compromiso consigo mismo y con la comunidad para brindar un poco de esperanza. Algo muy necesario para el desarrollo social de nuestra ciudad, en tiempos en los que no hay políticas públicas orientadas a atender a la gente. César ha sido un líder en su entorno, que desde hace muchos años, a través de su trabajo y amistades ve apoyada su iniciativa de ayudar a la gente, que da como resultado el bienestar de la comunidad, como es el caso de hoy domingo que repartió desayunó a 120 niños de su sector Bella Vista.
Conversando con César coincidimos que el trabajo social debe partir desde una nueva visión política en donde todos los sectores sean protagonistas y en donde se logre un trabajó que que sea que sea sostenible en el tiempo.
Esa fusión entre la comunidad organizada, y el sector privado es la que va a garantizar el desarrollo de nuestro municipio, por eso urge que haya un cambio de gobierno que cubra las necesidades básicas de nuestro pueblo para que exista un equilibrio real.

This fusion between the organized community and the private sector is the one that will guarantee the development of our municipality, that is why it is urgent that there be a change of government that covers the basic needs of our people so that there is a real balance.
