The addiction of Social Media among Peoples

Research is not conclusive on whether social-media addiction is real .But it certainly has some negative side effects that loosely has some negative side effects that loosely resemble the downsides of recreational drugs.Meanwhile a number of more recent studies find similarities between social-media use and addictive behavior.Experimentally found that smartphone deprivation include anxiety among young people.

  That certainly does not mean that everyone who use social media is a junkie.I have practical experience that ,I had using Instagram and enjoy a lot at that time but after using few months I irritate and then close my account.Social media use is going up relentlessly worldwide.Its important to focus on that just because a product harms some people does not mean it is bad for society.
    Now a day`s there are 2 billion worldwide social network users,500 million tweets sent every day,70 million images uploaded on Instagram every day,300 hours of video uploaded per minute on You Tube.Being in touch with others ,allows us to create social universes made of symbols,e.g. numbers gestures language,emoticons.80% of our online conversations are self -disclosure,compared to 30-40 % of offline conversation due to ego among peoples.
   Generally people use social media because it amplify human nature like it broke the barriers of distance and time also presence.Social networks are extension of our most deep phychological instinct,being social.
