Conjecture Entropy - Civilization

And when a country has all kinds of weather at the same time, culture and civilization clash one another; violence emerge and nurtures resolution which in turn feeds new crisis everywhere. Entropy goes up and down, on a dynamic continuum, thanks to a civilization that plays with entropy like a kid with a yo-yo

CONJECTURE du jour:
When I first encountered ENTROPY, years ago, it hit me that:
+ In cold countries, civilizations are built to maximize entropy,
+ In hot ones, civilizations are built to minimize entropy,
+ the Med, uniquely, does both or neither.
