Set it up as all prices are estimated in local currency (based on current steem/SBD value) but then at "checkout" they are directed to create a steemit account and deposit the funds for the service into their wallet for transfer. Ideally transfer to an escrow wallet until verification of the work is done.

The workers verification the job is done can be a post with a job ID as a tag (including pics/videos on d-tube), and their confirmation could be an upvote. Then the funds can be released. If they have a dispute over releasing the funds, it could then all be addressed in the verification post.
