Melted Chocolate Layer Biscuits

This chocolate snack is one of my nephew's favorite snacks. Yesterday at home there was a family gathering so I prepared snacks for my nephews. They are very adorable little girls. I thought they would really like these chocolate ball snacks, with colored toppings. I also deliberately didn't want to make too many so that they would only get 2 to 3 pieces per person. I was afraid of being scolded by their moms later....
