Simple Green Mango Smoothie
This is almost my daily morning breakfest. I am head over heels in love with Mango, it has so many health benefits and is considered one of nature's superfoods. I created this blend by just trying different things out until I got this, its just perfectly yummy and healthy to boot.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: approx. 16-24 oounces
Ingredients
1 Mango cubed
2 cups fresh spinach (you can add some Kale as well)
1 1/2 cups Light Almond Milk
1/2 avocado
1 peeled orange
1/4 cups Almonds
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a BlendTec blender or NutriBullet (affiliate)
Enjoy!
Notes:
If you use fresh Mango you may want to chill in the refrigerator or add more ice. You can also used frozen mango pieces if you prefer. It is much more yummy cold than warm.

Fruit drinks are actually almost as unhealthy as Coca Cola, because of the sugar amounts.
