I am so glad that you are discovering a lot about the platform through the helpful communities you are in. I love these communities, they are all needed to nest the newbies. What you have written is exactly what I have been thinking about. Before tribes or anything else, a newbie must be familiar with the basics of Steemit and that is what we are here for, the Plankton community and other Steemit communities. I hope that all newbies are like you who would take the time to engage and be familiar with the platform and slowly catch with the new things coming up in the many DApps and sidechains like Steem Enging and Scotcot tribes.
