Body odour is simply defined as the unpleasant smell caused by micro bacterial on the skin which dissolves the acids in your body during sweat. Medical experts (Dermatologists) termed it bromhidrosis. Anyone up to the puberty age can produce body odour, as this is when the apocrine sweat glands develop, which produce the sweat that bacteria can quickly break down. The apocrine glands are mainly responsible for body odor because the sweat they produce is highly Proteinous, which bacteria can easily break down.
There are some occasional smells that no amount of scrubbing or brushing or deodorant-applying can deter. Most people try to hide the embarrassment of body odour with expensive perfumes, body spray and creams etc. Ofcourse, these could temporarily help one escape one embarrassment at a time but not all the times. You might have been interfaced with moments where you wonder if you smell, well, not so great? It happens. But you can treat your body odour with my simple tips, just contn reading.
Body Odour in pregnancy:

One may ask, is it normal to have odour during pregnancy?
It's very common in over 65% of women to emit a fishy oduor while they are pregnant. The smells probably ranges from faint to very strong. However, if you are one of these women, you have nothing to worry about.

now that you're pregnant Look closely at the label of your favorite deodorant. It's medically necessary to steer clear of parabens (which are preservatives that have been linked to birth defects) or anything containing synthetic fragrance.
Causes of body odour:
So I'm going to assume you bathe, at least somewhat regularly on daily basis. And yet, somehow, you still find yourself wondering... IS THAT ME?!
1: stress/workouts-

Believe it or not, there are different types of sweat, chemically speaking. And the stinkiest sweat of all is stress sweat. Aprocrine glands produce a less-watery sweat, and bacteria go crazy for the fats and proteins in the mix. That feeding frenzy is what releases odour, according to the Mayo Clinic.
2: Too-tight fitted clothes-

Try not to wear too tight clothes that would cause you to sweat. If you've been on a work out, make sure your clothes are clean and don't harbor bacteria.
3: unwashed clothes and shoes-

Re-using your unwashed clothes and undies can cause a strong body odour and other serious health issues. Have your your clothes well laundered and store in a ventilated space.
4: Smoking-

Smoking cigarettes and other herbs like marijuana, cannabis and other herbs with strong aroma can cause body odour.
5: Bad hygiene-

Take daily with soap and apply an antiperspirant on your dry sweat skin. It's very important that your deodorant has "antiperspirant" on the label. Antiperspirants help limit the amount of sweat under your arm pits.
6: Hormone imbalances-

hormonal imbalance gone can make you feel pretty darn bad. Your doctor can help get you recognize and profer a solution if there's a problem. it's advisable to check from time to time.
7: Foods like Coffee-

guess your little bit surprised?
There’s a reason why the term “coffee breath” is uttered with a wince—it leaves you kinda stinky. The caffeine in Coffees stimulates the central nervous system, triggering the sweat glands to emit odor as you perspire (breathe).

high acidity contents in coffee is higher than your saliva which also causes bacteria growth and bad breath as the inside of your mouth dries out. the more you drink, the worse it can get. If you’re an avid coffee drinker, it’s worth keeping a toothbrush at work to use after you’ve had your morning fix. There’s nothing worse than going into a meeting with bad breath.
8: Foods rich in fiber-

OK, this one is little bit weird, We’re told to eat more fiber rich foods
e.g oats, quinoa, whole grains, nuts, vegetables and fruit with skin regularity for better energy, and to satiate appetite. However, high consumption of fibrous foods (in excess of 5-grams) with regards to strenuous activity can cause you to sweat, stink, bloat, and flatulent as your large intestine digests and discharges a piled up hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane gases.
9: Garlic-

The smell of garlic can scare away your DATE not just because of your breath, but also when an unflattering stench emits from your pores due to the super quick breakdown of allicin into allin. This sulfur compound releases as strong sweat body odor. When you digest garlic, your body produces the sulfurous gas which then leaks through your lungs and pores. Source- #activebeatdiet
