Week five of the #sixweekhealth Challenge: walk and do exercises to improve the quality of life

Dear friends of Steemit. Thanks again, and with friends @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, who are excellent health drivers and do it with a great challenge in these six weeks, participation that we do every week thanks to @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, it's wonderful that sees the human being as a whole within its environment that surrounds it and in each of the proposed challenges have been varied as healthy diets, low calorie desserts, stress reduction, exercise among others, which is very interesting since they have the perspective of health.

Walking regularly, even only 15 to 30 minutes a day, reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke, as it lowers LDL cholesterol levels, which is bad, while increasing HDL levels - the good.

Walking also helps to keep blood pressure under control. You need to wear the right clothes and shoes for the walk and do not forget to go with water every time you do exercises. As for the clothing should help your body to perspire normally, keep in mind that through perspiration the body temperature is regulated while doing physical activity.

It is also important that you know that the call back to calm after exercise should be gradual and slow, you should not stop abruptly, but go slowing down your steps to gently reach the resting state.

Once your routine is over, always remember to stretch your muscles again as you did at the beginning, the limit should always be pain, never stretch a muscle beyond your possibilities if you do not want to injure yourself.
