MY ENTRY FOR #SIXWEEKHEALTH CHALLENGE WEEK 5.

This is my entry for #sixweekhealth challenge,week 5.
JOGGING
Jogging is one of the exercises I do in order to keep fit and maintain good health. Jogging has so many benefits. It helps prevent many cardiovascular diseases like Hypertension. It helps me relieve stress and improve my stamina. It also helps cure Insomnia.

Other exercises which I carry out indoors includes sit-ups and crunches.
Sit ups and crunches heps me build my abdominal muscles and reduce abdominal fat. It also help reduce obesity.
Working out has really been fun and it helps me keep fit.
