RE: Learn To Say NO - Setting Personal Boundaries

in #sirwinchester8 years ago

Its a matter of acceptance of what a person cant do. Its hard to pretend that a person can do all things just because he dont know how to say NO.

To others, saying no is a sign of weakness but they are wrong. Learning how to say NO is a sign that you are a strong person, a person with good personality, a person that knows his limitation, and a person that is honest to himself and towards the people around him.

Have to agree with you on this as well @juvyjabian. Sometimes we just can't explain human characters by itself. Some were born strong-willed, stubborn. I've seen people, a man, not a kid, who says no to everything as well. Some would just submit to the people around him to gain friends, and learn to say yes to everything.

Hopefully this post reaches to somebody who needs help saying "NO", and hard-willed enough to follow through all the steps above. Nice post @sirwinchester

Others would take NO as total rejection, which is not true. People just have to learn that not everything they wanted can be given to them. Its a fact that we are not in control of everything.

very nicely put, and I agree with you.
If someone tells them no, they might be offended or view the person as "bad human being". But it actually just shows how much they respect themselves and how strong they are!

Those who do not know how to accept NO as an answer to its request is a sign of being immature.
