Patriotic piece
Afternoon everyone ….
Well, it finally stopped raining here after five straight days of it. It’s not overly sunny, mostly overcast with a few peaks at the sun every now and then. But I’ll take it.
I came across this email from JM Bullion last night and thought I’d share it with you all. It’s a pretty well done round, and it’s 100% produced in America. With spot price being so high right now I think I’m going to pass on it. But it is rather nice.
Here is a little blurb from their website on it:
The Gulf of Mexico cradles one of North America’s most diverse and productive marine ecosystems, where emerald waters stretch across a massive continental shelf covering approximately 600,000 square miles. Redesignated by President Trump as the Gulf of America, this beautiful region of the world is celebrated on a unique silver round. Right now, 1 oz Gulf of America Commemorative Silver Rounds are available at JM Bullion.
Round Highlights:
Arrives in a protective plastic flip!
Commemorative silver round!
Celebrates the Gulf of America!
Made in America!
Contains 1 Troy oz of .999 pure silver.
The obverse features the Gulf of America.
On the reverse are the American bald eagle and American flag.
Each of the 1 oz Gulf of America Commemorative Silver Rounds are available with protective plastic flips. These rounds were made in the United States and feature a unique design celebrating the region of the United States bordering the Gulf of America.
This semi-enclosed basin of the Gulf of America hosts an astonishing array of habitats: vast seagrass meadows that nurture juvenile fish, pristine white sand beaches that provide critical nesting grounds for endangered sea turtles, and North America’s only living coral barrier reef stretching along the Florida Keys.
The obverse of Gulf of America Commemorative Silver Rounds comes with a depiction of the Gulf of America region. The gulf itself is an American flag filling the water in the background, with the border region and US states along the gulf featured. The Gulf’s complex currents create a dynamic environment where warm tropical waters meet cooler continental outflows, supporting over 15,000 species from microscopic plankton to massive sperm whales.
On the reverse of 1 oz Gulf of America Commemorative Silver Rounds, you’ll find an American bald eagle and the American flag. The bald eagle features in the foreground with its wings spread wide as it glides through the air, clutching branches in its talons. In the background, the American flag flaps in the breeze.
Here is the round….
